Construction site security is a more responsible position than many people realize. Responsibilities may include: regular perimeter patrols, loss prevention, monitoring equipment, alarm response, traffic control and access control.

Responsibilities

  • Conducting Mobile Patrols.
  • Conducting Building Security Checks.
  • Providing an escort to individuals on job sites.
  • Responding to alarms.
  • Perform first aid if needed.
  • React calmly, quickly, and appropriately in any crisis.
  • Concentrate and remain alert for up to 12 hours.
  • Communicate observed characteristics/ behaviours.
  • Demonstrate problem-solving and sound judgement.
